Trust me and Love Me by K.E.Osborn Review by Guest reviewer Rae Caplinger

 Book Blurb
Jenifer Taylor is content with her life, dull and boring as it is. Being absent from the dating scene means she doesn’t have to deal with the major trust issues she has with men that stem from a controlling and aggressive ex-boyfriend and an absentee father. She’s happy being alone, sharing her life with her friends and family.

When Jeni starts a typical day in the big city of Mornington Vale, California, it turns from bad to worse when she’s involved in a chain collision on her way to work.

Her world changes forever that day because she meets Aiden O’Connell, the billionaire son of Alistair O’Connell, who owns Mornington Vale’s largest financial corporation. Aiden is an up-and-coming young businessman who's ready to take on the vice presidency of his father’s company. He is the good son, and it’s imperative to Alistair that Aiden succeed and follow in his footsteps. Life for Aiden involves working hard and not much else.

After the accident, however, Aiden’s world changes as well. He finds Jeni irresistible and instantly pursues her. With some coaxing, she eventually agrees to a date, and the attraction is mutual.

Jeni finds love quickly with Aiden, but trusting him is another issue. When to trust is tested in many different ways but comes to a head when Aiden is investigated for a serious crime. As her trust issues spark, she is forced to go through a journey of self-discovery.

She must decide once and for all whether she trusts the man she loves when she’s asked the ultimate question: “Do you trust me?”

This is book one in a series of three. Book two "Love Me?" is coming soon.

Trilogy, Jeni Taylor finds the love of her life, but as the second book begins, she finds herself lost without Aiden O’Connell, who’s been wrongly convicted of embezzlement charges and incarcerated. Aiden’s father, Alastair, still taunts her, making life between Jeni and Aiden more difficult, and an unexpected visitor enters their lives, creating havoc and turning it upside down. Jeni’s trust issues return in a major way after an incident leaves her fragile and broken. Aiden and Jeni find themselves going through more trials and tribulations than ever before in this second installment of the Trust Me? Trilogy. In the end, Jeni will be asked the ultimate question: Do you still love me?

Book Three All of Me? The Trust Me? Trilogy coming soon.
Review by Rae Caplinger

Ok---- soooooo I just got done reading both Trust Me? and Love me? by K E Osborn and I just HAD to get this out there ASAP.
I AM IN LOVE. L_O_V_E love. To be completely honest starting the book I was feeling a little disconnected from the characters as I adapted to this author's writing style. As I came to know Jeni, Aiden, Sarah and Chris and their perspective families, I became completely and unequivocally enraptured with this story.
The first book Trust Me?  Is very much about a fairytale romance beginning to bud, and learning how to let oneself love and TRY again after enduring unimaginable pain from a past relationship. Its about a man, who despite all that he was raised to do, is able to completely love and change his life around as his priorities change in life. AND THEN!!! Their WHOLE WORLD gets turned on its axis, when the impossible happens, and she is having to really break through her barriers and baggage and really MOVE ON. Or not. You will have to see for yourselves :)
The second book, Love Me? allowed me to see from another side, what it is like to go through something that so traumatic and frankly just SCARY, even in the midst of going through a relationship and trying to pull the "you and me against the world" attitude....... I just don't even have words.....
I will say this..... K E Osborn, has made me an avid fan.... I am anxiously waiting with bated breath her third book All of Me? And I would recommend this series for anyone who loves the thrill of an action love story

Both books are *****

About the Author

E.J. lives in West London, England, with her partner, son and two cats. Yes, the cats are important. One provides a great source of comfort in those moments when all train of thought is lost and the words just won’t come. The other often halts the writing process with his incessant meowing. But they are her babies.

She has always enjoyed reading, but found it was mostly just a holiday extravagance. Then she discovered a certain worldwide best seller, and that was it, she was hooked.

Friends and family started telling her she should give writing a go and she persistently brushed off their ridiculous suggestions. Then one morning an idea for a story formed in her head. That idea became a paragraph, the paragraph became a chapter, and a chapter became the twenty-four you see in Silver Lining.

E.J. is on one amazing roller coaster at the moment, meeting new and wonderful people, discovering new music gems to integrate into her stories, and learning new skills. She is excited to see where this journey takes her.
If you would like to join E.J. on this journey, please follow or contact her. She would love to hear from you!

Review by Rae Caplinger

I have two words for this electrifying novella by Ambrielle Kirk, "direct" and "steamy"-- the concept of this selection of these novellas, but especially with this particular one has great potential to be full blown erotic novels and all together quite a collection of them. Ambrielle is able to take two seeming unrelated people in this story and have them correspond and connect in a way that creates emotion even if it is at the start "only for one night." All in all I found the novella to be quite wonderful, definitely has the scenes and charisma in it to do all that one would expect from this type of story-- if you catch my meaning :-) The only let down for me here is feeling like there is so much potential for more in the story but hey, i suppose that is in the eye of the reader x

I give this novella **** & 1/2

Book Trailer
Interview with Stuart Reardon
Hi, Stu. First let me say, I am beyond thrilled that you agreed to be the face of my character, Colt Harris for the cover of Finding Home. As I've told you, I saw a picture of you a couple of years ago and the whole character of Colt sprang to life from that, which is something that I've never done before. I've always had the character in my head and then searched for someone who fit. I am beyond thrilled that the very man who inspired the character has agreed to represent him on my cover. So, thank you, from the bottom of my heart for that. Thank you. I'm very flattered I was always the character in your book. And thank you for choosing me for the cover, I really hope the book does great for you :) x I know that you are first and foremost a rugby player and athlete. What made you decide to go into modeling? I sort of just fell into modeling. I think being in sports and in good shape fits really well with modeling, and fitness modeling in particular. Being in professional sports already had me in great shape, so stepping into fitness modeling was an easy transition. What's the most unusual pose you've been asked to do? No really unusual poses to date that stick out in my mind. Some of the action shots are tough as it takes time to capture the right shot, so may have to do the same thing over and over again. Another question I know everyone is always asking: is there any particular meaning behind your awesome tattoo? Do the symbols represent something, or was it just a design you said, Hey, that looks cool, I want that? I got my tattoo when I was recovering from a really tough Achilles tendon injury. I had a couple of operations to finally get it right, so it was during that time that I worked out the design with the tattooist and he did the magic. I have always been interested in Tribal designs and culture, so the tattoo reflects that, and it reminds me of that really tough 14 month period in my life: the really low points which made me strong and determined, and a high point when I finally got back fit to play super league again after 14 months of recovery and rehab. I've heard tattoos are addictive. Will you get more or are you done? Yes, tattoos are very addictive, I think I may get some more in the future but I've not decided yet. I know you come to the States for modeling jobs, where all have you been? Yes, I've been to a couple of places in the States, NYC, Miami and LA. Where have you not gone but would like to? I would love to visit Vegas. America is a huge country so I'm sure there are loads of beautiful places to visit. For me, because I'm a Native Texan, I have to ask: have you been to Texas? I have not but I would love to visit Texas :) How does it feel to be a muse for a character in a book? I'm very flattered to be your muse for Finding Home. It's a pleasure to be liked :) When I was looking through pictures of you on the Internet, I came across one where you were holding a guitar. I grew up a Band Geek and love music of all kinds and try to incorporate it in my books when I can. That picture inspired a whole scene in the book, where Colt is stressed about something and picks up his guitar and is idly playing while talking to his girlfriend, Sarah. Do you play? Yes, I play the guitar, not really well, though, I'm still learning. I'm a beginner so it's a working process. Later in the scene, he sings to her. Do you sing? I try to sing but I'm not the best at that either. I need to practice more {Ann: I'm sure all the ladies are feeling what I am right now: *swoon*!!! Stu singing! *sigh* ;)} OK, now let's get personal. Are you ready for this? I'll make it as painless as possible. Lightning round: Are you right or left-handed? Right What's your favorite food? Steak or chicken Favorite drink (non-alcoholic) Sparkling water Favorite drink (alcoholic) Corona Favorite car? Land Rover Sport Motorcycles? Harley Davidson Favorite color? Black Favorite movie? Anchorman Favorite TV show? Walking Dead/Game of Thrones Favorite actor? Gerard Butler Favorite actress? Eva Mendes Favorite type of music: rock, pop, techno, metal, country, rap, hip hop? A bit of everything Favorite song? Kings of Leon - Use Somebody Favorite band/group? Kings of Leon Favorite singer? Ed Sheering Snow in the mountains/sun on the beach? Sun on the beach everyday Cats/dogs/neither? Neither; I don't have time for pets Nike/UnderArmor/Other? Nike Favorite sport OTHER than rugby? Boxing Favorite team? North Wales Crusaders - My Team, ha Favorite American sport? (if any) American football Favorite American team? (if any) NY Jets Boxing or MMA? Boxing, but I like both, as both are really tough sports Watching TV, snuggle together or give you your space? Watching TV or movies: cuddles with Em Walking with your girlfriend, hold her hand, your hand on her back, arm around her shoulders or waist, or don't touch at all? Holding hands or no touch at all Would your girlfriend say you are a Pushover or Alpha male? It's 50/50 I guess. We have give and take or it wouldn't work. I'm an Alpha male but a pushover if she's upset Boxers/briefs/commando? (lol, kidding! You don't have to answer that!) All 3, it depends on the situation :) Thank you so much for taking time to indulge the silly writer! And thank you, again, for what I'm sure by now is the millionth time I've said it, but thank you for being so great with all this and for sharing your time and your picture with me and my readers! You're welcome anytime :) x

Excerpt:

“You’re sick, you know that?” I say into the darkness. A soft rustling sound greets me, followed by the shift of movement. Yes, the lights are off but the corridor is lit behind me so it’s not like last time. I can see enough to make out the looming figure that slowly paces toward me.  “I know I’m not normal, if that’s what you mean.” A terrible devil’s mask appears before me, two feet away; Zeth is dressed entirely in black, the suit he wears obviously a thing of beauty even in the half light. His dark eyes shine from within the mask, sharp and hungry. “You’ve surprised me, Sloane. I like being surprised,” he rumbles.  “Well you’ve surprised me, too. Although I can’t say the feeling is mutual.” He laughs, his voice so deep and powerful I can feel it in the soles of my feet. “You should open up a little. You never know what you might enjoy until you try it.” “I know exactly what I enjoy, Zeth, and standing around watching fifty naked people grind on each other isn’t it.” The eyes behind his mask flicker with annoyance when I say his name. He stalks toward me and reaches out, tracing his fingertips across my jawline. He seems pensive, intrigued by my stillness—I can’t freaking move—as he touches my skin. “If you don’t like watching, Sloane, you can always join in.”
